There is only one water station. It's right next to the sewer dump. While it seems obvious that you shouldn't use that to fill your fresh water tanks, I've seen the guy that rents trailers out there do it! Even gas stations like Pilot and state parks that have RV dumps have separate water stations for "potable" and "non potable" water. If you want to avoid dysentery, you have to fill your fresh water tanks at home.
PS - why is a "security deposit" required for a gravel pad? Were they concerned I might pocket a few rocks when I left??
Also, the sewer dump station is located on a hill so that when you park the RV on the side where the sewer connection is, the RV is leaning away from the sewer pipe. In other words, there's no way to completely empty your tanks unless you buy a longer hose and park the opposite way. That's how I have to use it. That is, when the sewer opening is not blocked by debris and other people's hoses and connections which you have to dig out yourself because there's no one on site that can do anything.
Excellent customer service. Facility is always clean and everyone is so friendly.
There are also a lot of people in and out on a regular basis because lawn maintenance companies store their trucks and equipment here. I haven't had any issues with security but it is a concern.
Horrible experience here. When I sold my RV it was the beginning of a new month so I agreed that it was fair to pay for another entire month lot rental. After that they agreed to refund my security deposit, but this was clearly a lie. Every time I call they say "the manager is out" and that they will call be back (they never will). Otherwise they will tell you the "check is in the mail" and hope that you eventually forget or give up. It has sort of become a joke now but if this review helps save people the grief and runaround then it is worth the security deposit and one extra month.
Safe and Secure trailer and RV parking.
From my house, to this storage facility, then to the lake is 30 mins. It is very convenient and I'd recommend it for people in the area.
The convenient location is the only reason I stay here. If it's not convenient to you and you store anything other than trucks and maintenance equipment, go somewhere else.
I have been storing my boat here for over a year with no issues. The facilities are always available to me, though I usually clean/dry my boat at home before putting it away.
The dump station, water, and air are all located in one spot. So if you need to add air to your tires before a trip and someone else is dumping and washing their RV or boat after their trip, you'll have to get in line. I just bought my own air compressor so I wouldn't have to worry about this or the many times when their compressor didn't work or was missing proper fittings.
Good for basic storage of maintenance equipment and work trucks, RVs and boats. However it's not the greatest storage location if you need to take care of your RV.
My advice is to AVOID THIS PLACE. They are dishonest. I would rather they simply tell me the truth rather than continually lie about getting back to me.
